Silja is a bachelor's student in administrative sciences at the University of Eastern Finland, majoring in financial law. Her bachelor's thesis focuses on tax deductions for renovations and improvements in housing companies in the context of income taxation for rental property owners.

Her responsibilities have included bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, filing tax returns, and managing rental and service charge ledgers.
